Only Rain

Around this area, anyone caught dumping anything but clean hose water or the runoff from rain gets put on the rack and/or skinned. Some slobs have been known to put "Other" materials down the drain, such as anti-freeze, motor oil, or the contents of holding tanks. The pigs!
